About me

I’m Kinda Nasser, an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist and Mind-Body Practitioner with over a decade of NHS experience. I now support high-achieving women struggling with stress induced conditions such as chronic pain, fatigue and Long Covid to heal and live a life without constant symptom management, fear and overwhelm.

My approach blends mind-body coaching, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care to help you understand and work with the root causes of often medically unexplained persistent symptoms.

My vision and drive is to support as many women as possible to live a life without unexplained debilitating symptoms. Whether you're hoping to return to work, rebuild your energy, or reconnect with who you are beyond your symptoms, I offer practical, compassionate support to help you get there.
